B4J Question Need advice to create server to handle multi users download and upload on the same time.

I start the new project about create a server let multi users (android and ios) download and upload (zip files, image files, video files) on the same time, so need a advice which solution is better for this project.

My project planning include mqtt server to get communicate with android ,ios , esp8266.
