Android Question Need example for uploading over 4G (not WiFi)

My app uses FTP to upload data files and photos to my server but it only works when connected to WiFi. I'm looking for examples of how to code this so it uploads over 4G. Thanks.

Set PassiveMode to true.

Confirmed. Setting PassiveMode to true solved the problem and the app can now upload over 4G. Thanks.
