Hi, I am new to this Basic4Andriod. I wrote a very simple FTP program. It works on the emulator but not on the real device. On the device, it does not even give me an error if I put a wrong password. However, if I try it on emulator, it does give the error. What might go wrong? I know I add a net.lib, do I need to deploy it to the device? Thanks for any help. Robert.
Problem - Found! Thanks.... The Firewall blocked the port 21. However, Basic4Andriod does not report anything. It is just hanging there. I downloaded a port scan and found the problem. After unblock the port, it works just fine!
