Need help with AdMob

[rickrack]

Hi all devs, thank you for support you offer

I would like to increase my earnings, and I just saw an application that have the Ad Banner at the center of the screen and you can close it because there is an 'X' at the top-right of the banner.
I would like to do the same, how can i do?

Thank you for support and sorry for my bad English..
