Android Question Need little help

Hello,
I'm new to B4A I usually develop on 4th Dimension, I just did my first program.
I have a problem with the attached program, if the connection to the remote PC is not available once it becomes available, the program copies a blank file on the PC. Until the connection is OK there is no problem everything goes well.
If you can help me thank you in advance.
I have attached two files for the execution, the first file is a zip of the application, the second a text file (param.txt) to be copied at the root of the sdcard in a folder named Timanmay.

Thank you for replying.
When the connection is established between the PC and Tablet, I can copy the txt file on the pc, but if I lost the connection, when it will be available the next time, an empty text file will be copied on the PC.

May be my explanation is better?

You should only initialize SMB once when the service is created (in Service_Create).
