Why you want uninstall signkey? You only set it ONCE and you dont need to change it in future...

Don´t upload apps to google play in DEBUG-Mode. Upload only Release-Compilings to google.

Press on the "Use Debug Key" button if you want to use the debug key instead of the private key.
