Need to edit designer scripts

I need to edit my designer scripts. I made a name change to one of the components and now need to do a search and replace. Where are these files located?

The designer script is saved inside the bal file. However it is not a text file.

That is a bummer...I have a lot of designer scripts and now I have to manually go in and edit the name of one of the components in all of my scripts...I was hoping I could have used my editor to do a search and replace.
