Wish Need tool create CSS file instead of text editor.

It's better,if we have a tool which can create CSS file for easier configuration. (i.e. config the color or etc.)

have you tried FX Experience Tools? http://fxexperience.com/2012/03/announcing-fx-experience-tools/. a nice program, just missing the ability to load a css file.
