Net Compact Framework with Windows 7 -- HELP

Hi there
I have a problem with Net Compact Framework...

I am using Win 7 64 Bit OS
And whenever i try to compile my programs for device i get an error about NCF.

Cannot locate .Net Compact Framework 2.0 files

I followed links which come after this error but it didnt succeeded because the version that i downloaded from that link was not compatible with 64bit OS...

Then i downloaded .NET Compact Framework 3.5 Redistributable
it was installed successfully but error message above is still going on...

Then i found and tried .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package for 64 Bit Os and another disturbing message appeared and said this framework is already installed as a part of OS...

But my error messages are still going on... What can I do?
