NET Framework 3.5 Error

Find a strange question, install the.net framework 3.5 after operation for normal B4P files, Error SQL creatconnection connection. Open2 Error
The type initializer for 'System. Transations. Diagnostics. DiagnosticTrace' threw an exception.

IN zhe .net framework 2.0 the B4P files is run OK

the ZIP files in my computer is OK when my system with NET framework 2.0.
I update the NET framework 2.0 to NET framework 3.0 or 3.5
the Error is happen
