Important: In the second half of 2021, new apps will be required to publish with the Android App Bundle on Google Play. New apps larger than 150 MB must use either Play Feature Delivery or Play Asset Delivery.

I think we need make a converter or builder for aab file from now?

With memory getting cheaper and cheaper and wireless speeds getting faster and faster (5G), I have no idea why such download optimization is needed.

I could understand if this was 1980.

True but not from now. It will be ready before the second half of 2021.
