I just switched to a new computer (XP, same as the old one). Most of my programs no longer work, they all give the same error message (se below). I can't spot the difference between the programs that work and those that don't.
It doesn't matter if I try to run the compiled version (which worked fine on my old computer), or if I try and run the original non-compiled version. They all give the same error. I have tried to install reinstall the .Net framework (3.5), but I still get the same error message.
has anyone run into this? and even more importantly, does anyone know what to do about it?
