Android Question New Installation Problem

Hi all
I have reinstall B4A as shown here, but there was an error when I want to build an application:

B4A Version: 10.70
Parsing code.    (0.00s)
    Java Version: 11
Building folders structure.    (0.03s)
Compiling code.    (0.01s)
Compiling layouts code.    (0.00s)
Organizing libraries.    (0.00s)
    (AndroidX SDK)
Compiling resources    Error

now when I opened B4A sdk Manager and installed the recommended components I get this error message:
aapt2.exe the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b. click OK to close the application.

No need to run B4A Sdk Manager at all.

Which version of Windows are you using?

Hard to say. Delete your current SDK. Unpack the two zips again. Make sure that the IDE is configured with the correct SDK (Tools - Configure Paths - android.jar).

What happens when you compile?

the same problem.
I notice that build-tools version is 30.0.2, while the android version is 30. does this effects?

Create a new project and run it. Do you get the same error?

I restarted the device, create a new project. the same problem occur, and I get the error message:
aapt2.exe the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b. click OK to close the application.

aapt2 is part of Android SDK. I don't know why it doesn't work with your computer. Sorry.

Maybe you get lucky looking in google the error, it could be a problem with your windows or virus
