I'd like create a new library.
Its a new button.
I know how to create a library (I use eclipse)but only with code. How to create a library with a new design + code

Why do you need to create a library for a button?

I don't know.
I'd like have a button which includes two texts and 1 image like on the image.
Do you have a simply solution to create ?

You don't need a library for that. You can create a class with a Pane that holds an ImageView and two Labels.

ok it 's a solution but if I create a button with 1 more label, when the mouse go to the button and on the label, I can't not click because the label is above the button.

You can delegate the label and image view MouseClicked events to the button sub.
