This is a minor aesthetic problem.

The standard comments inserted in Process_Globals and Globals appear to be prefixed by four spaces instead of a tab character. As I work with a tab size of two this looks a bit odd.

I did say it was minor!

Minor but still important. Fixed.

Another minor annoyance in the blank template. The blank line in Activity_Create actually contains four spaces. I think it ought to be a true blank line like those in Activity_Resume and Activity_Pause.
