Android Question New Play Store Warning "You have not completed a government apps declaration."

While updating my app, a new warning has appeared: "You have not completed a government apps declaration." with no links to any explanation such as other warning messages.
The "Policy status" and "App content" sections do not show anything to be completed.
This does NOT prevent the apps to be updated, though.
