iOS Question No Landscape Designer Layout on Rotation

I'm converting a B4A app to B4i and the landscape layout in designer isn't applying when I rotate the device. I reinstalled B4i Bridge per the recommendations:

with no improvement. Any suggestions?

where is the example project what shows the behavior?

I went to extract the code in question to post and the problem seems to have resolved itself (which means I'll certainly see it again).
