B4R Question NodeMCU 0.9 (ESP-12 Module)- How to lit on/off the Blue Led GPIO16

Hello,
I wish to run my first compiled program on my NodeMCU 0.9, is there any simple example which show me how to do? There is a blue Led connected to GPIO 16 (see picture), can I lit on/off every 1s?

I tried the blink example and It works fine. The ESP/Arduino is a nice way to develop interesting application.
