Bug? not run on simulator with 'libiFCWebView.a'?

Program compiles correctly on phone but running on simulator I have message:

Compiling code. (0.26s)
Compiling layouts code. (0.00s)
Compiling debugger engine code. (0.01s)
Building Xcode project (0.15s)
Sending data to remote compiler. Error

'libiFCWebView.a' - is used but why it works on phone but not on simulator?
