Notification doesn't work on ICS

Today I tried to make a simple notification in my test app. I built notification exactly like in example . It just vibrates and sounds but isn't shown in notification bar. Can anyone help me?
My telephone = samsung Galaxy S 2, OS = ICS

no I meant I do not hear the sound or see the lights, just vibrate,
but I think it was my own bug.
