Android Question Notification Icon is gray on Android 7.1 but works on earlier android

Hi everybody,
I have a problem like the titel tells you.

My app-icon won`t show correct (I testet on 2 devices with android 7.1). I only get a gray square. But it works on my tablet usin android 7.0. And alsoworks on Android 4.4.

Anyone an idea? Are there special properties for the icon. I tested different sizes, color-bit, etc.

Weird is also that another app of mine works. Created the icon the same way.

What is the targetSdkVersion set to?

If it is 22(?) or more than the icon alpha levels are used as a mask.

OHHH...
I went nuts changing my icon a hundred times.
I had target to 22 because of some runtime permissions. But now it works.
