Android Question NotificationListener problem

Hi,
I used this library in my project.
In the first running app, I can get the log for new notifications
But when I close the app and again enter the app, I cannot receive notifications.
I use an example project in the forum.
I need to read notifications on the foreground and background apps.
That is force needing on my project

Check the logs.

Killing the app can cause the service to misbehave.
