Android Question Open App When Push Massage Arrived

Hi all,



Is there a possibilty to open the app when push massage arrived,

Without clicking on the massage?

Even if the app is closed.

Worth noting that:

1. This is considered bad practice in Android guidelines to start activities while the app is in the background (with a few exceptions).
2. Starting from Android 10 it will only work if your app has the draw over other apps permission.
