Volendo creare un programma che legga il database presente sullo smartphone
e possibile aprire un database presente sullo smartphone
Se il database e' sul pc:
SQL.Initialize("c:\Ms_catalogo","dbcatalog.db",True)

ma sul pc lo smartphone non viene visto come unita fisica es. E o F ecc

This is more complicated than it may first seem. Most devices are attached as MTP (camera) devices. There is no way to access such connections programmatically.

It will be easier to create an Android program that connects to the computer over wifi.
