OpenDialog or SaveDialog control do not work

Got a error message when trying to get the OpenDialog or SaveDialog control,
but applications using them will work but can not be examined...
Whats wrong with me?

You are missing one of Basic4ppc files (SAVE.BMP).
I've attached the file.
You should copy it to Basic4ppc folder.
I recommend you to reinstall Basic4ppc as other files may got lost too.
