iOS Question OTA Deployer

Hello all
I followed the instructions for the OTA Deployer tutorial and recieved the following....

"Safari cannot open the the page because the server cannot be found ." ...

Can someone point me in the right direction ?

It appears that all is well when trying the OTA Deployment app.. Wonderful
