I wish Andrew adds the possibility to display animated GIF. A new paid or donationware version .

Not possible! PageTurnView displays pages as Bitmaps generated by the program code. It would need a major low level rewrite to do this and it's not going to happen as it is not worth the time for the few use cases it would enable.
