Android Question pairing device

Hi guys,
i am programming an application and i need pairing my android application and my electronic device using WiFi module. i know how to communicate with my IOT device using SocketProgramming. but i need to pair my IOT device with my mobile phone. how can i do that? what should i search for available resources? can you help?

Question is not clear. Pairing is a Bluetooth concept. It has nothing to do with wifi connection.

I use both with my ESP32's. RaspBerries will do, to. Of course you need to adapt the code a bit.

Well imagine that communication between the application and electronic device is local type with Wi-Fi module. As well there a lot of such electronic device numbered 1, 2, 3 and etc.
I need to pair my mobile application with one of those devices not with all of the devices. I mean any command from the application should not affect other devices.
What should I do then. May be name of this action is not pairing but that is somehow the same as pairing in Bluetooth.
