Android Question Peer To Peer Communication Question Maybe?

Can any of the technologies that B4 Android supports (Wifi Direct, Bluetooth, NFC, etc.) allow me to send a message to another device to get permission to compose an sms or open an app like Facebook for example on the other device. I want the other user to see a custom permission message and then have to say, "Yes" before any actions occur on their device. I especially want to be able to compose an sms and am assuming that the user will not have my app installed on their phone to receive communications.

It is not possible unless there is an app running on the other phone. With such an app it is a relatively simple task.

Ok, but can any of the technologies at least ask the other user for permission (with a custom message) to make a connection? (wifi direct, bluetooth), assuming that the user has any one or more turned on?

You will not be able to do anything useful without a custom app on the second device.
