Permission to publish modified Net library

I recently modified the official b4a Net library, modifiying the FTP object so that it supports resume of both uploads and downloads.

There has been a recent discussion about whether we have the right to modify and distribute the official b4a libraries and in that post Erel suggests that permission is asked so i am asking for that permission.

No major changes have been made to the Net library, and i'm happy to share the modified source code.

The modified FTP object is named FTPResume so there should be no confusion.
