Android Question permissions

from the tutorial and some other forum answers i come up with:

in the manifest-editor

'This code will be applied to the manifest file during compilation.

And:

Result always runs to the msgbox to the "no permission granted". The sql.Inatialize doesn't never done.

Whats really to do?

Add this line to the manifest.

AddManifestText(<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.location.gps"/>)

I don't understand your code.

How is the location permission related to the storage (which doesn't require any permission on Android 4.4+ if used correctly)?

Your manifest code is also wrong.
