Phone sms works ok

But what is phone is already busy

How to detect that outgoing sms was valid?

The sms should arrive even if the other phone is busy (or offline).
Currently there is no feedback available for sending sms messages.

I mean my own phone = calling, online

e.g.
sending sms in background
