PhoneStateChanged: answering to outgoung call state

Hi, Erel,
Is it possible to detect the state of answering to my outgoung call ?
A posted some code here, but now need such state, but.....seems, i can not catch it ?

According to Android documentation the OFFHOOK state should be raised when the other side has answered.
