Make sure that the SQL object is declared in the starter service and initialized in Service_Create.

Without showing us your code we hardly can´t help.
Upload your project if you expect to get help
Additionally it would be easier for us if you post the error as TEXT. But COMPLETE

Are we going to share the whole project in each line? It's probably an error with android updates and everyone is seeing this error. No changes in the application, but errors too.

It has nothing to do with a change in Android.

Initialize the SQL object in the starter service and it will work properly.
