play mp4 embeded in local html5

I am trying to play an mp4 file embeded in local html5 file.

Does anybody knows if this is posible?
I have try it using WebView with no luck?

an example will be useful.

Have you tried to play the mp4 file with VideoView?

Yes Erel: in VideoView works fine, the issue is when trying to play it with WebView, even from a remote site
