Android Question Play Store & App requirements

Hi All,
my App work only with devices with Android 4.3+ and Bluetooth 4.0.

Is there a way to exclude (or show not working with...) the devices that doesn't have the above requirements directly on the Play Store putting a manifest code?

Set minSdkVersion in the manifest editor to 18 (you can find the numbers here:https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards/index.html).

Also add this line:

AddManifestText(<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.bluetooth_le" android:required="true"/>)
