iOS Question Please help ~ App crashed on iPad running iOS 13.7 on WiFi

As subject mentioned, my app is rejected by Apple reviewed team during the review, the messages are as follows,
Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness


Your app crashed on iPad running iOS 13.7 on WiFi during the review.

We have attached detailed crash logs to help troubleshoot this issue.

What should I do to fix the bug?

Have you tested your app on an iPad, in release mode? In airplane mode?

Make sure to first uninstall the previous app so it will be a clean test.

I tested my app with B4i-bridge server(Ad hoc) on iPad 2018, and it works fine.

Have you tested in airplane mode? Have you first uninstalled the previous app? What it done in release mode?
