The 32 bit IDE is limited to ~1.5gb of RAM (not including other processes). The actual usage in most cases is far from this limit, however it might become relevant when working on very large projects.
I used it first. But to take advantage of 8GB of RAM, I now have Windows 64bit.
As performance I'm not looking at improvements.
When I put SSD on the other hand, the performances have grown evodevidly
Been using 64bit for about a month now.
Win10pro came pre-installed in my "new" Lenovo L50. Before that, although I had a 64bit capable processor, I was using Win10 32bit version.
The benefits of a 64bit system should not be questioned anymore.
I have been using the 64-bit version since Windwos-Xp, because CAD applications have long been a must.

I almost voted 'Commodore 64', but I thought I better not as this is a serious poll. Adding this option is cool though @Erel, it put smiles on B4X developers faces lol

Really, whenever a new Windows is released I automatically purchase it (to make sure all my clients bespoke software will still work) and my first ever 64 bit Windows version was Vista.
