Android Question Possible to protect a widget against removing ?

Hi,
I want to create a widget for "old people" that offers two buttons (emergency call and a contact list).
Can I protect a widget so that it is not possible to remove it in the trash or on a second homescreen ?

No. The user can always delete the widget.
