Pre-purchase question: 2mths forum access?

Does the Standard license 2mth upgrade time limit apply to forum access too, or is this open ended please?

Forum access is a lifetime access. Even if the two months are over you will still be able to download new libraries etc.

The two month limit applies only to the IDE itself.
