are in B4i something like PreferenceManager?

There are two standard interfaces for applications settings. The settings can be part of the application, manually created like all other pages or as part of the settings app. In the later case you need to define the settings in a XML file.

Seems to me that most applications choose the first approach. I can however add a library that will allow working with the settings app.
