iOS Question problem connect to server

Hello everyone , I just bought everything about the license and the license server b4i with app developer iphone , I configured everything I believe as a tutorial but I can not see the emulator on my PC , the error that gives me is the the following:
Building designers app . 0:01
Building Xcode project 00:02
Sending data to remote compiler . error
Communication error : ConnectFailure

can anyone help ?

There is no emulator.

Have you bought the hosted builder option or are you using a local mac?

i have a mac mini but i use hosted builder, i not received the id for connect, in purchase i have received only software b4i + mac server, but not received id etc.
