Remove check on HTTP in the library list (it's deprecated as the message explains). It's role it's played by OkHttp

1. Errors should be posted as TEXT not Images.
2. Switch to okhttputils2 and remove the old module.

There is really no good reason to do anything based on that example.

Use OkHttpUtils2: [B4X] OkHttpUtils2 with Wait For
