problem on saving project

I'm having trouble on saving b4a projects: often does't save the whole .b4a project file instead saves a empty file, I noticed that it happens when I run two instances of b4a...

libs file save bug

I found the bug (since ver1.70) if I try to add a lib from the libs panel and then i click on the save icon, b4a saves a blank file, so if I close the progran and i try to open my project again, b4a came out with an error message saying "An error occured.
Error loading file"
