Problem updating SDK Manager

Hello,
Unable to update android sdk manager and AVD Manager. Here always the error message even if all programs are closed and antivirus deactivated.
Have you any idea?

Try to install a new SDK instead of updating the existing one.

Did you try to copy in new folder D:\Android_new\android-sdk\tools ?
