Why the first option is disable?

You will need to delete the existing developer certificates. However you shouldn't use developer certificates at all. Only production - ad hoc certificates.

After he delete the certificate, it works.
Please see the pic attached... is it was ok to delete?

this what was written:

Do you want to revoke the certificate?

Revoking this certificate will invalidate it and any related services or provisioning profiles that use this certificate may be affected.

Tell him to create a new production certificate instead. No need to use developer certificates at all.
and the error message that he got ? is it ok? can it harm some of the app that in the appstore?

Nothing bad will happen from revoking the certificates. It will not affect existing store apps.

With that said, it is not needed as he should use production certificates instead.
