Problem with 'Is Label'

I've stumbled across a problem where 'Is Label' thinks a Button is a Label. See attached example.

EDIT: Same applies to CheckBox

A button is in fact a special label.

Ah, OK thanks, That's what I did anyway but I didn't find that thread in the search or I wouldn't have posted it again.
