Android Question Problem with updating an application in Google play console

I have a problem to update an APK file on the Google Play developer console. The last update was on december 2013 and was fine

I choose Import a new APK file, I move the APK generated by B4A and ... nothing !
The scrollbar do not move and block on 0%.

Am I the first to have this problem ? What can I do to update my application ?

I had this many times with the Google's browser. Using IE, I was able to upload without issue.

I tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome ! Same result...
