Se, anche provando a scaricare nuovamente il package, non si risolve, io proverei a verificare anche i requisiti di base (es. versione di Dot.Net) ed eventuali impostazioni "aggressive" di firewall e antivirus.

Di getto, mi vengono in mente due possibilità: un qualche file si è corrotto (e sarebbe bene effettuare subito un bel backup e poi check del disco) oppure qualcosa si è aggiornato interferendo con l'installazione esistente.
