Problems with GPS and airplane mode

I'm trying to start the GPS and airplane mode from code and not working.
I tested with the following libraries:
TurnGPS, ToggleLibrary and GPS, and does not work.
Anyone know how to do? or other library work?

There is no reliable way to do it in Android 4+.

how can i turn on/off airplane mode? (android 4.2.2+ is not working for me, 4.1.2 worked) do you know how could i do it in 4.2.2+?
